Terms and conditions

Please read before you book

A client (a person who wants to get their treatment done) needs to provide their full name, contact number and e-mail address.

 

You will get email confirmation once your treatment has been booked. 

DEPOSIT

All clients are required to pay a £15 non-refundable deposit to secure their booking. 

 

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

Please give at least 24 hours notice if you are going to cancel your appointment. Anything less than this and any deposit paid will be used as a cancellation fee.  Please note, deposits are non-refundable. You can reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment. Any deposit made will be deducted off your treatment price.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made by cash or online. Appointments will only be confirmed once a deposit is received, this must be done prior to your appointment. You can make payment via our online booking service. If payment is not made we reserve the right to give your appointment to another client.

TOUCH-UP APPOINTMENTS

Definition of a touch-up is returning within 3 weeks of your last appointment and having 50% of your lash extensions. Anything less than 50% and/or outside of 3 weeks will be charged at the rate of a full set. Touch-ups cannot be done on other people's work. If you are currently wearing lashes that are not our own please book in for a removal first.

NO PETS, CHILDREN OR GUESTS

Due to the nature of work, please do not bring any  guests, pets or children to your appointment.

LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT

Please remember that when we accept your treatment booking, there will be a legally binding contract.
