I strongly recommend you book a patch test before you book a treatment, especially if you have never had a treatment before. Lashiq will not be held responsible for any allergic reactions you may have.
Please arrive with no makeup. Having to remove make up will reduce the time you have for the treatment to take place meaning you may not get a full treatment. Any trace of mascara or oil on the lashes is likely to mean they won't last past 2 weeks.
Please wash your hair prior to your appointment if you need to as you won’t be able to get your lashes wet for 24hrs.
Gym bunnies and dudes: Please reschedule any exercise plans for 24 hours after your appointment.
How to look after your lashes
The less you touch your eyelash extensions the longer they will last!
Do not use eyelash curlers.
Do not rub your eyes or lashes when washing your face.
Do not use eye make-up remover that contains any type of oil. Look for oil free make up remover. You can purchase a special foam eyelash cleanser from me.
Do not pull your lash extensions, as it will take out your own lash as well.
Do not go in a sauna while wearing eyelash extensions.
Do not use sun bed or steam room within 48h after treatment.
I recommend not wearing any mascara at all as it contains oil and that loosens the glue.
Do not try to remove the extensions on your own.
When showering do not let the water flow go directly into your eyes.
When drying your face do not rub instead blot your face and apply a gently pressure to your closed eyes then allow the extensions to dry naturally.
Don't try to dry them with the towel or hair dryer.
Remember! Semi-permanent individual eyelash extensions will fall out gradually 3-5 lashes a day, same as your natural lashes. Don't be surprised when you find a false lash with your natural lash. That's completely normal. Your own ones fall out and grow back without you noticing. That's a natural process.
